I started in 2006 with an internet-marketing agency in Timisoara, when almost nobody in western Romania had one. I have spent the time since learning the same lesson in bigger and bigger rooms: a campaign ends; a system compounds.

One role, three spheres.
Marketing, AI and go-to-market used to be three departments. For the companies I work with, they are one job. I wrote the book on that role and I hold it at TerranOS: the Venn below is the shape of my week.

I have also been wrong, expensively. I trusted clients who paid “next week”, installers who took the advance, partners who stopped answering. I covered their gaps with my own and sold houses, apartments, cars and equipment to do it. I wrote down what it taught me so that you do not have to pay the same tuition.
